Once part of a working saddle, this leather carried miles before it ever became a bag.
The Iron Panel is crafted from reclaimed English and Western saddle components, carefully deconstructed and reshaped into a modern crescent silhouette. The structured curve nods to the line of a saddle skirt, while the contrasting studded panel anchors the design with strength and edge.
Original strap detailing and hardware remain — quiet reminders of its first life.
The leather is broken in, not distressed.
